Nutrional value of food is retained. Cooked

Worth it to share
I just bought mine this march 2021 omg im always excited to used to cook, so healthy very fast cooking less than 1 hr i had kaldereta menudo sinigang, and 2 hrs later my food still hot inside!

Just want to help other buyers
I bought the Saladmaster because I am sincerely concerned about my own and my family's health and well-being. With Saladmaster I can cook meals without using a lot of water or oil and at a low temperature.
While water depletes critical nutrients, cooking with oil adds undesirable fat. Foods cooked at low temperatures and without the use of water will preserve more of their natural vitamins, minerals, texture, and taste. Yes, it is quite pricey but I can say it is worth your money.
Because I think that living a healthy lifestyle is well worth the high price that I paid for. I believe that no other product can provide us with the health-conscious lifestyle I want.

Very Satisfied
I love my Saladmaster pans! We them EVERY day and They are wonderful.
I love how it tells you with the clicks when it is up to temperature without taking off the lid. They are a little pricey, but I am so glad that we purchased the set that we did.

Availablilty of the consultant when you need them
When I got my product for a while like a month I was working with the coach after few months like 6months I never heard from them was always calling but was getting no attention but now it has been sorted out I hope for the best in the future
I just hope they can stay longer with saladmaster buyers

Sheer sharing of the good and bad of the product
I first heard about Saladmaster from my Aunt and I was flabbergasted with the hefty pricetag but it was all cancelled out after I did my research. Working in a chemical processing plant I understand that Ti is difficult to extract, it is a durable metal,is corrosion-resistant and also is very strong and very light.Now I know why it's costly and worth every penny. It is premium material-wise and no question about its functionality and versatility.

Great product
Durable and easy to clean, heat is distributed evenly on the cookware therefore the food cooks faster, just pure stainless steel and no chemicals sprayed on the cookware

Office Manager
We bought the set, ran into financial difficulties took a job to sell the cookware so we could pay for what we bought. Office manager informed other employees that I was a peice of *** and a deadbeat because I fell behind in payments. Would Don't buy from never recommend

Resolved: Recommendation
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders.
It was such a saver because oil becomes a large expense when it accumulates over time.
Also, dishes taste much better even with less salt, spices and sauce, highlighting the true taste of the ingredients. I taught cooking in my Home Economics class and I can say cooking with Saladmaster is one of the best methods to cook healthy foods.For

SALESPERSON COMPLAINT
I JOHN GILLEMOT (530-205-****) HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR SALES PERSON LANIE CURBELLO (480-267-**** OF ARIZONA.
I ORDERED THE COOKWARE FROM HER ON APRIL 9TH 2021 AND CANCELLED THE CONTRACT ON APRIL 12TH OF WHICH IT SAID I COULD WITHIN 5 BUSINESS WORKING DAYS.
THERE WAS A PLACE ON THE CONTRACT WHERE I CHECKED IT FOR CANCELLATION AND SIGNED MY NAME.
MY MISTAKE WAS SENDING THE ONLY COPY I HAD AND ACCORDING TO LANIE THEY NEVER GOT IT AND THAT'S WHY THE COOKWARE WAS SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE ON APRIL 16TH.
I ASKED LANIE TO PICK UP THE COOKWARE AND SEND IT BACK AND SHE RESPONDED AND SAID IT WASN'T HER REPONSIBILITY, I ALSO ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE CONTACT FROM HER AND SHE NEVER RESPONDED WITH ONE, PLEASE RESPOND TO MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ASAP, THANK YOU (530-205-****) OLDSKL52@***.COM

Cannot contact for service
On April 3, 2020 I ordered a handle and the wrong one was sent. I was able to contact Saladmaster and we were able to find the problem which was the ferrel.
I was told I could get one but they were used. That was fine. The proper handle was sent but no ferrel was included. I have tried numerous times to contact Saladmaster but they never answer the phone.
I have called three times and waited over 45 minutes, nothing.
I have sent two emails but they do not have the courtesy to answer those. The customer service cannot get any worse considering I have been trying for over six months!
