Saladmaster is not fit for cooking and a Pyramid Scheme

Beware anyone contemplating buying Saladmaster rubbish, unless you want to spend over $5,000 on salad bowels that look like cooking pots!

I have a $5,074.00 Saladmaster cooking set that is unfit for the purpose of cooking, maybe that's why it is called "saladmaster", because they are not designed for cooking.

The pots have bent bases to varying degrees causing burning due I believe to their bimetallic design and because it is a pyramid scheme I can't get anyone with authority to replace them even though they claim a lifetime warranty. (see attached)

The frypan in particular is the worst affected and all I use it for is frying eggs, and with the warped base the oil or butter runs to the sides and the eggs burn and stick to the pan.

I have found once your "friend" has made the overpriced pyramid sale then no one wants to know you.

Over the last 12 months have gone through all the bottom tier sellers of the scheme, just getting fobbed off to another basic salesperson that are only interested in selling the inferior product - nobody at the bottom of the pyramid scheme has any authority other than to sell the salad-ware and advise ridiculous things like the bent bases do not affect the cooking ability, or the frypan cannot be used on high heat, even though I have only used it on level three since I am only cooking eggs.

Other pots and pans can be used on high heat, that is why we buy cooking pots so why cant saladmaster be used on high heat?

Unless it is only designed for salad as I now firmly believe.

Finally I got to someone of authority on 6/11/24, and their reply (attached) is that I can buy another frying pan for half price! They do not honour their much vaunted Lifetime warranty that is part of their selling spiel.

The product is overpriced garbage, and I have gone back to cooking with the stainless steel cookware that I was using before my "friend" talked me into this overpriced pyramid rubbish.

It would be nice if someone that collects the profits from this expensive pyramid scheme would take responsibility and replace their faulty product as promised prior to the sale.

Better still to change their failed bimetallic product with something that works, and then give everyone who have been conned into buying this non cookware, usable pots and pans.

Saladmaster does not reply to emails and definitely does not fix the problems with their pots. Beware it is a pyramid scheme that is not interested in the purchasers of their rubbish pots and pans! Once your "friend" has sold you the expensive garbage no one wants to know you.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. A representative reached out to me, me had some conversations. After that, another representative brought a replacement to me and supported me with its application

They have good marketers marketing overpriced products. Mine spoiled after 5 uses.

Title: Be Cautious with Saladmaster – My Experience

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Saladmaster. After making a purchase, I realized that I needed a refund just 14 days later.

However, the company informed me that their refund policy only allows for a 3-day window after the purchase. This was especially frustrating because I hadnt even received the products yet.

Moreover, I found that the products did not meet my expectations and did not work properly. The sales tactics used were extremely high-pressure and made me feel uncomfortable.

I want to warn others: please think twice before buying from Saladmaster. Based on my experience, I would advise against purchasing their products.

Dont be fooled by this Pyramiding Scam.

Here in Australia, this Cheryl Anyanahan scammed so many Filipinos forcing them to buy expensive useless cookwares! They will use guilt tactics and tap to your emotions to convince you to get a credit loan for this piece of crap items.

Worst is they will convice you yo sell and be part of their company. The more tou recruit the more you scam.

I agree with the writer that saladmaster is a scam pyramid marketing scheme that sells overpriced rubbish that is not fit for purpose. Unbelievably their purpose is simply cooking food, how could pots be not fit for cooking you may ask?

Their failed bimetallic design causes the pots to bend therefore any oil or butter used runs to the sides and leaves the middle to burn and food sticks to it. $20 pots from the department stores are much better value and they actually cook food. Please BEWARE anyone contemplating purchasing this rubbish.

Further BEWARE no one from saladmaster wants to know you when clearly they know their products are faulty and can only sell them via the MLM pyramid scheme and your "friend" getting a commission and gifts. Their "heretohelp" email does not get answered, it is simply another con for this deceitful company.

Plus, once you have agreed to the credit option to pay over time or paid by credit card on the same night as the demo, there is no way you can back out and their much vaunted " Lifetime warrantee" is nonexistent. Anyone offered a "cooking demonstration" from saladmaster, I would strongly suggest going to an expensive restaurant instead - it will cost you much less!!

Saladmaster - Awful company

I bought these pots and pans for over 5k, the guy who sold us the pans blocked my number and won't send me my pan that was guaranteed in the contract. This whole company does nothing to help its customers who get screwed paying 5k for useless pans that ruin your food anyways because they stick so bad.

I wouldn't buy these if they were 5 bucks. Stay away from this awful company

My pots do exactly the same thing - everything burns The bimetallic pots bend thus causing the burning situation! They are a failed product that saladmaster won't address and definitely won't replace.

After selling the useless pots and pans the sales reps then tell you that the pots and pans cannot be used on high heat.

Clearly they should not be sold as "cookware" Being a pyramid scheme no body is interested in talking to you and their useless "here2help" email does not get answered! Do not buy saladmaster !!!!!

They went in our home without informing us that they will do the cooking show. They have available product already and there is no way for you to back out.

They are washing the products even opening it by themselves. Obviously it is very inhumane marketing strategy. They will also pressure you to decide and even tell many lies. It is a big lesson for us.

I really just hope that your seller will play fair.

Just to earn money and to benefit, they will tell lies and do this filthy marketing strategy. Another scam networking in different manner.

I agree completely, the company is a scam selling inferior useless products at hugely inflated prices through your friends via a pyramid scheme. No one takes responsibility!

The friend that sold me my sets of crockware was totally deceived by the company until they realized their own pots bent and therefore did not work and the company wants everyone to pay for new pots under any purported warrantee claims.

My friend decided the benefits from selling the crockware was not worth the lies they had to tell and the friends they were losing. They are no longer sellers of this rubbish.

Lifetime warranty complaint

Lifetime warranty complaint, when we purchased this at 20 years ago the sales rep told us you can return this set of cookware even at this house goes through a fire and I replace it. Now I often speculated that that was true and now I know for a fact it is not true the sales rep actually lied outright lied. I have a pan that got boil dry with some food products in it and its stained and I cannot get it clean, Any stain removing options?

I got my cookware when my son was 8 months old...57 years ago, and still have it today, November 17, 2023...and still cooking with it today!

Some of the top knobs had broke over the years and some of the side handles , but, contacted Eric in Eustis, Florida, this afternoon, and in one hour, even, he was at my door and he brought me many of the parts that had broke over these many years, from the parts he had saved, for his many years with Saladmaster..I could not believe he could be here so fast!!

What I like about Saladmaster Cookware is that it is stainless steel and contains no hard chemicals that can endanger your health or the health of your children.

i am 75 years old and do not have cancer or Covid, or any diseases and neither does my son or daughter...

I believe it has to do with the stainless steel...and you need to learn how to clean it properly to remove the hard water stains, from your water supply, and any other stains...What you do is use the cleanser that is recommended and put some elbow grease into the cleaning...or, Comet Cleanser and an SOS Pad...

My health and the health of my children are important...The water supply around the country does leave white residue if you have the heat too high...Saladmaster is made to start with lower heat than the high heat you learned over the years...Stop and ReThink...

Train yourself to use this cookware for your health and that of your family...And, when you get to my age because you learned how to keep the nutrients in the foods you cooked, you can give yourself a pat on the back...

Nothing happened since my complaint. The area distributor is stuck with the idea of selling me the 3qt.

pan for $1100. with a 50% discount. I cannot imagine that I bought a premium product that is not covered with a lifetime replacement.

As I mentioned before I have bought also a Cutco set of knives and has a lifetime warranty and they do stand by the warranty. I am sorry to say that I will never advertise Saladmaster and even talk about my experience to all my friends and acquaintances.

Went to a representative to have our 3 qt pot exchange but was notified that because we cooked above medium heat, it would cost us $1100. just for the exchange but will be given 50% off.

Still it will cost us $550. for 3 qt. pot.

It is just discouraging to hear that when you thought that buying a set for $5k, there will be no questions asked to exchange it. I would even discourage my friends and family to buying this product with the experience that we had.

I have the same problem with my expensive pots and pans. saladmaster will not replace their faulty products and completely ignore your genuine complaint.

Once you have been suckered into buying the pyramid rubbish you find there is no guarantee and the pots and pans are not designed for cooking. Do not buy saladmaster.

No lifetime replacement/ warranty

Tried to return a 3qt. pan/steamer because it was warped in the bottom but area distributor will not replace it but instead will cost me $1100.

to get one. Although she offered a 50% discount for it still its costing me $550. for a replacement. Had I known that the $5k set that I bought is not going to be covered by a new replacement I would not have bought it.

And I will never advertise your product any longer. Also I will talk about my bad experience with my family, friends and acquaintances.

Saladmaster is not a reputable company. I have had the same experience, their warrantee that is supposed to be lifetime is not worth anything.

The only way to get a replacement is to buy another expensive unusable pot.

Why on earth would anyone do that? Beware the 5 star reviewers, they are obviously the pyramid scheme sellers that are ripping us off.

Skillet replacement

Dissatisfaction and cheated by the salad master dealer

We purchased salad master Executive chef from Canada Royal Apron dealer in year 2021. We were billed $22,000.Dealers name is Abby Ajayi in Ottawa.Only Salad master set A and B were supplied up till today instead of A,B,C,D plus master set, making 5 boxes plus year 2021 gift sets of Smokeless broiler grill and pressure pot.

$100 deducted for 10 months and $475 is being deducted monthly from mr husbands account. He wasnt aware of the full contents,as they delivered in bits. The last delivery was on September, 2022. This is a breach of contract.Weve made several complaints to dealer and Maple Financial company that we dont want any pots supply again and they should stop over charging us for what we did not get.

Calculate the pots supplied so far for 2 years,stop over deductions.

Weve shown pictures of pots supplied, Abby just sent her staff this week to confirm and its been confirmed that so many cookwares werent supplied. Please intervene and help us..Mr ADEDIPE O.
