I am unhappy with the Salad master representative that dealth with our order Michael Lavrenz. We had a "party" and changed our minds about the cookware. Not only did they neglect to leave us with the contract so we could see what we agreed to, the phone calls to use were not returned numerous times to find out what we needed to do to stop the order.

They cashed our check and we STILL have no cookware here. We were told in an email weeks later that sorry, should have cancelled in three days after the transaction. They have their money and still not cookware. The salad master company has very little to do with the individual "owners" that sell their cookware.

They are NOT trying to change lives by "great" cookware with customer service and healthy cookware. They are lining their pockets and laughing to the bank. I wish I had never let them into my home,...

We purchased some of the cookware and it is terrible. DO NOT BUY.

Everything sticks and the cleaning of the pans is horrible. The information on how to clean and use the pans, does not match what the dealer told use. You have to use the cleanser every time you use the pans.

it s useless to try and call the dealer, You get a voice mail and no return call. It was a waste of over $2000, You can buy the same cookware on amazon (Maxam) for so much less and it was made by the same ones that make Saladmaster.

What u said is totatly not true.. I have my saladmaster for more than 10 years and still looks brand new.

But it is really just a common sense.. I love Saladmaster..

1st off Maxam isn't made by the same company that makes saladmaster. Saladmaster is made by regal.

2nd maxam is made with 304t surgical stainless Steele. Saladmaster is made with 316 ti titanium. If things stick it's because your not cooking correctly.

Take advantage of your free cooking classes. Wich is something Maxam can't offer you.

How does one "not cook correctly" if we did everything exactly like the salesperson said? I mean when she was showing even her fish stuck to the pan some.

For the past 67+ years, Saladmaster has been a world leader in the food preparation industry, and a proud provider of premium cookware and cooking tools that carry a lifetime warranty. Saladmaster has won, by popular vote, the Readers' Choice Award in the distinguished category of Best Cookware Brand for the past two years and remains regarded as the highest quality cookware in the market.

Manufactured in the United States of America, Saladmaster cookware is not sold in stores or on the Internet, but rather solely through a direct-selling distribution system. It is important to us that customers see, touch and taste the difference Saladmaster cookware makes when preparing delicious and healthy meals for their families. Getting to know us in person has always been, and continues to be, the most effective way to build our credibility and tangibly change the lives we touch through solid customer service.

As in most industries with companies that touch tens of thousands of lives a year, we meet a few that have less than positive experiences. While we strive to address every concern or correct each and every error that may occur, unfortunately some people have decided to use the Internet to spread misinformation through Saladmaster reviews and various other forums.

Because you may have questions, we want to make sure you have all the facts when researching Saladmaster products, service, and the wonderful job opportunity we offer. Please take a moment to consider the facts when you come across claims like these.

Claim: Beware of a Saladmaster scam

Fact: Saladmaster was recently recognized by the Direct Selling Association (DSA) Code of Ethics Communication Initiative for the third straight year! Saladmaster is a 67 year old international company, growing thanks to a fan base of customers and health advocates who agree that Saladmasterโ€™s cooking systems and techniques are healthier alternatives to most common cookware sold in stores.

Claim: Saladmaster is a pyramid scheme

Fact: The Saladmaster opportunity offers rewards for entrepreneurs who excel in personal customer sales. Like in many other businesses and industries, our direct sales model provides bonuses for those who lead and teach others how to succeed like themselves.

In accordance with state and government laws, Saladmaster provides each prospective consultant with the following statements which are in line with the direct sales model: It is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved. According to the Bureau of Consumer protection, โ€œAvoid any plan where the reward for recruiting new distributors is more than it is for selling products to the public. Thatโ€™s a time-tested and traditional tip-off to a pyramid scheme.โ€ Claim: Beware of Saladmaster high-pressure sales tactics Fact: It is not, nor has it ever been, Saladmasterโ€™s company policy to use or condone high-pressure sales tactics.

Product incentives are in place to encourage immediate purchases, and under no circumstance are purchases ever required during a presentation. If you feel you have been a victim of high-pressure tactics during a Saladmaster demonstration, please notify us immediately so we can resolve any misunderstandings. Claim: Saladmaster is overpriced - I found something cheaper elsewhere Fact: As with all products, you can always find cookware that is cheaper than Saladmaster. But it would be extremely difficult to find cookware that is more expensive to manufacture than the Saladmaster 316 Titanium Stainless Steel healthy cooking system due to the materials, manufacturing processes and workmanship.

Engineered to use less energy and to cook food faster with maximum nutrient retention, it also allows for cooking without added water and oils. Saladmaster is the only cooking system to use 316Ti steel made from steel mills in the U.S. and Switzerland that holds a lifetime warranty. As a consumer you must know your rights.

Itโ€™s important that you protect yourself against false advertising and misleading practices when dealing with any business that sells products or services. Depending on the region of the country you reside, your laws may vary. Regardless, you deserve to buy with confidence.

I purchased a salad master set a few years ago and found the pans were not producing as well so we then heard of another company called nutriply a fraction of the cost compared to salad master.....I have both products and seriously nutriply produces better results as the compact base distributes heat even also the titanium coating is thicker the valve is heavier so starts clicking at the right time etc etc also the food does to stick as there's no hotspots.

Where as my salad master pans after a few months the food began sticking had to still use oil the valve would click very quickly and food was not ready to top this all I agree with the other comments I have read the reps are very rude and once you buy the set do not care further more money hungry scam

We bought a set of Saladmaster years ago in Greenville and have been VERY disappointed that they are no longer doing business in this area and can not honor that lifetime warranty. We needed service on our electric skillet and a couple of handles replaced.

We paid the "over pricing" for that warranty! My conclusion is they are a "fly-by-night" company and these others are right: they are laughing going to the bank.

Go to the customer service link at SaladMaster.com and they will take care of your issue. Sorry that the local dealership shut down. But your warranty should be honored by Saladmaster Corp.

I ask a local delier about my electric skillets prove coz it not working they told me it's not included in the warranty anymore coz it's been a year what the *** I tough its life time warranty don't say it's life time if you SALADMASTER can keep your promise

The warranty information is very clear that the electric control plug has a 1 year warranty and the skillet itself has a lifetime warranty. My kids yanked mine from the wall socket one too many times and it was approx. $30 to replace the plug.but the skillet works flawlessly.

Well I am gonna regret this.... U always think...

What is the catch? Apparently there is one I am having a woman come in and do a demo in my home tomorrow... My husband and I attended a "home show" we "won" a free dinner ... Then I was told I will receive the salad master free if I host a party...

I've decided not gonna happen... NOTHING is free

Not sure why all of these complaints?? Maybe the company has gone down but โ€ฆI had Salad Master that I used in my resurant and then later in years (my pots went with the restaurant when I sold it) my husband and I had a Salad Master party (this was 34 years ago) we still have these pots..

and love them.. because our party went so well we were given so many extraโ€™s.. I wonโ€™t bake a cake unless I use my salad master cake pans.. I came on here to find a replacement for my salad master knives that some pices were lost in moving..

the rest I still have and use every day.. they were great in the restaurant and in our home.. I was so surprised to see a complaint blogโ€ฆ I know it has been a long time but I am so surprised that people are unhappy or having problems..our party was great and I feel we got a great deal and seeing that it was over 34 years ago and we are still using them (and when polished up they look brand new) you can see why I would be surprised.. I was looking to buy my daughter a set..

wowโ€ฆ I hope everything works out for everyone.. :grin

She is not really helping people to change the way they cook but. She is only after the money of customer who are nis informed not telling everything.

After they get you to sign up they will not answer your call because they already have your money.

Stop it. Please be kind and understanding.

Salad Master is the top of the line in American made cook ware. I am not sure but i would almost bet that Nutriply is Chinese manufactured cookware.

Think of the craziness with pet food from China, drywall from China and lead tots for children. I do not work for salad master but I am in the business of sales just not cookware. My experience with Townecraft is their product was way over priced.

The guy that did the demo was trying to sell me a set for $2800 and an air purifier (made in China) for $2495 and a gift was a chinese pan that can be found on the web for $29. Watch out for Randy he will fry you good.

LIFETIME investment ..international WARRANTY. Why can it be just plain lifetime warranty?

I had a saladmaster demo in my house, i bought the ultimate set but i didnt like the way they were doing the presentation They were telling that they are the only company that make healthy cookware. I didnt trust them because it looked to me that they are trying to sell their product but i liked the way the food was prepared and cooked.

saladmaster is overpriced cookware. I researched and found nutriply at www.nutriply.com i called them and asked about their product. they took the time to educate us about healthy cooking. they didnt talk bad about other cookware makers and nutriply prices are 70% less than saladmaster.

I purchased the complete set from www.nutriply.com and got the electric skillet for free. I canceled my purchase with saladmaster but it took me so many phone calls and emails to finally an answer. I would recommend who ever is in healthy eating should checkout www.nutriply.com before you buy any overpriced cookware like saladmaster.

saladmaster will take your money and will not refund it. We had to pay a lawyer to send them a letter to refund our money after 2 months.
